  • Everyone’s approach to therapy is a little different!

    My clients describe me as authentic, warm, understanding, supportive, and down-to-earth.

    I’ve found that sometimes, especially for highly self-aware and logical people, traditional theories like CBT aren’t always enough on their own. While I do incorporate cognitive approaches, I also work with the mind-body connection to help you regulate your nervous system and FEEL better.

    I believe that YOU are the expert of your own life. I follow your lead, acting as a compassionate facilitator to help with your process of self-discovery.

    Once you’ve gotten in touch, I’ll reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss what you’re looking for, availability, etc. Once we speak, if you decide you’d like to work with me, we’ll set up your first session!

    In the very first session, we’ll go over informed consent and all the technical details of the therapeutic process. For the first few sessions, I’ll work on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and building rapport. We’ll come up with specific, measurable goals so we know exactly where you are in your journey, what’s helping, and what needs to be tweaked. Where we go is really up to you and what you want to gain from therapy!

  • I work with people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s dealing with things like anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, life transitions, and grief. I have a special interest in helping people who are highly logical and self-aware revive the connection between their mind and body and regulate their nervous system.

  • I consider myself a person-centered, holistic therapist. A supportive, non-judgmental environment + unconditional positive regard are the most important parts of the work I do. I pay special attention to the mind-body connection and how our nervous system affects our health and wellbeing. I also love using art therapy techniques!

    I work from theories like Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Existential, Expressive Arts, Feminist, Gestalt, Humanistic, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Polyvagal, Somatic, and Trauma Focused.

    I'd love to help you gain insight, explore choices, learn new coping skills, and empower you to feel confident in your decisions.

  • My regular session fee is $140, and I offer a $65 sliding scale fee.

    For clients who need something less expensive, Open Path allows me to see qualifying clients for as low as $40.

  • I’m not currently on any insurance panels, but I’m happy to provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement!

  • All sessions are a total of 50 minutes. How long you continue therapy is your call! We’ll use measurable goals to assess where you are in your therapy journey. Some of my clients see progress and meet their goals after just a few months, while others prefer a longer-term journey and continue to bring in new goals.

  • Right now, all my sessions are online. This allows me to see clients all over the state of Pennsylvania and accommodate people with disabilities, people with busy schedules, people without reliable transportation, and people with any other barriers that make accessing healthcare difficult.
